By accessing or using the Roovie platform and website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Service
Roovie is a cloud-based building energy modeling platform provided by Roovie, Inc. The platform generates building energy models, runs physics-based simulations, and produces analytical reports.
Account and Access
- Access to the platform requires registration and approval during the early access period
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
Acceptable Use
- You may use the platform for lawful business purposes related to building energy analysis
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- You may not use the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent energy analysis
Intellectual Property
- The Roovie platform, physics engine, and all associated content are the property of Roovie, Inc.
- Simulation results and reports you generate using the platform are yours
- You grant us no rights to your building data beyond what is necessary to provide the service
Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is” during the early access period
- Simulation results are for informational purposes and should be verified by qualified professionals before use in design, construction, or compliance decisions
- Roovie is not liable for decisions made based on simulation outputs
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
