Welcome to the Roovie beta
Meet Roovie
Building performance in one workspace, and a beta you help build
Roovie brings building performance into one place: the energy model, the HVAC systems, compliance, the retrofit plan, and the people who own them. Start from a floor plan, an address or an import, and work from the first sketch to the utility bill.
This is a beta release. Roovie is real software that teams use on real buildings, and it is still being finished. When you find a rough edge, press Report and tell us. Bugs and feature requests come straight to our team, and our turnaround is typically days.
Roovie gets better as its community grows. Reports, fixes and everyday use feed automated learning throughout the app, so the agents beside you improve for every team.
Our promise for the beta is simple: tell us what’s in your way, and we’ll fix it fast. The teams who join now aren’t just early users. They’re building Roovie with us.
What Roovie does
One workspace for the whole life of a building’s performance
Energy models from what you already have
Start from a floor plan, a footprint on the map, or a gbXML or IFC import. Roovie zones the building, assigns systems and runs a full-year simulation.
Compliance and benchmarking
Building performance standards, ASHRAE 90.1, ENERGY STAR and LEED, checked against your model and your bills.
Retrofit studies, simulated
Every measure is simulated, not guessed: upgrades, savings and payback side by side, so the plan you present holds up.
What to expect
It’s a beta, and we want to be honest about what that means
Some corners are still being worked out
Most of Roovie works well every day. Some features are newer than others, and you may run into issues we haven’t seen yet.
New features say so
Features still settling carry a readiness tag, so you can tell what’s proven from what’s just arrived.
Fixes in days, not quarters
When you report a bug or ask for a feature, our turnaround is typically days. You’ll see the reply in My requests.
How you shape it
Beta members are part of how Roovie is built
Press Report
The Report button sits in the top bar on every page. It captures the page as it is, so a bug report or a feature request takes a sentence, not a screenshot hunt.
Your request reaches the team
Every report is read and triaged by the team, and you hear back on what happens to it.
The platform learns
As the community grows, Roovie improves. Reports, fixes and everyday use feed automated learning throughout the app, so the AI agents get better for everyone.
