Deliverable
Every engagement ends with an interactive building twin in your portal: zones, systems, assemblies, and materials you can inspect, edit, and rerun.
The Problem
You pay for a building energy model, and what you get back is a static report. The model lives on a consultant's desktop. When something changes (a new tenant, a retrofit idea, a utility rate shift) the answer is another engagement, another fee, another wait.
The model is the deliverable.
What you receive
Orbit, filter by storey, toggle layers. Every zone, surface, and opening visible and selectable.
Walls, windows, doors, roofs, with areas, orientations, and assembly assignments. Change an assembly and the model reruns.
Air systems, plant loops, and equipment items with capacities, efficiencies, and zone assignments.
Every assembly used in the building, every material in each assembly: thermal properties, layers, and sources.
Every organization gets one free calibrated digital twin. Bring an address plus 12 months of utility bills; ECM modeling is separate.
